I agreed to comply with everything .that:was <br />requested. i am very sorry.. that I d~.dn't 'really pay atten- <br />Lion `to what was going, on at the Council-Meeting. My 'only <br />excuse for this is that my daughter, Susan, was at the Uni-' <br />`versify Hospital that evening scheduled- for emergy surgery <br />on Friday morning; November 14.; Consequently, I made amis- <br />take in even attending the Council. Meeting.. as I was in no <br />condition to make any judgment whatsoever. <br />My understanding of the situation was .that if I were to <br />comply .with Items -1, 2, 6 and. 7 in your guidelines- for <br />~ ~KG.T> n/~~..~s.~pg- my sign, ~it was all right `for me toproceed . I d id ": <br />not understand that:I also was expected to comply with Items <br />3, 4 and 5, so-I .agreed it. <br />,, if you will look at items 3, 4 and 5, they apply to Edward <br />James Ryback -- the owner. of Eddie's Bar..
