Rybak: <br />At its January 27, 1976 meeting, the New Brighton City <br />Council approved your request for a variance for signing at <br />your property at 5th Avenue and 10th Street N6~. On February <br />11, 1976, Barry P. Johnson, Building and Planning Coordinator <br />for the City of New Brighton, sent you a copy of the Council <br />minutes in regard to this action and also included a letter <br />in which the conditions of the variance were detailed. In <br />that letter Mr. Johnson noted that the Council had specified <br />that you ware to indicate by March 27th whether or not you <br />wolld accept the variance and comply with the conditions <br />as attached. t-ir. Johnson further noted that if you decided <br />to accept the variance that you should indicate a time table <br />for compliance caith the variance conditions. On March 26, <br />1976 we received a letter from you indicating that you would <br />accept the variance and would comply with the conditions as <br />attached. You also indicated in your letter that you would <br />try to comply by June 1, 1976. <br />The June 1 compliance date has now expired and you <br />have not complied with the variance conditions. <br />You are hereby ordered to comply with the conditions of <br />the variance or remove the New Brighton Furniture signs which <br />were erected pursuant to the variance approval, within ten <br />(10) days of receipt of this letter. Failure to comply with <br />either part of this order will result in this matter being <br />referred to the City Attorney for prosecution. <br />T am enclosing a copy of the Council minute relative to <br />
