Homes Asso. <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Hardt to direct administration <br />to prepare a. report regarding the vandalism problem <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />Public Hearings <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called <br />The Building and Planning Coordinator reviewed the <br />Planning considerations and the Planning Commission <br />recommendations. <br />Councilman ~~?erdousche~g asked whether the wall sign <br />as proposed by the Planning Commission vaould be legal <br />on the south side of the building. <br />The ?attorney stated it would not be a legal <br />consideration as part of these proceedings. <br />Councilman u?erdouschegg asked, further, if the ground <br />sign would be considered by the Council. It was noted <br />by the staff that it would be since it had been requested <br />as part of the variance application. <br />Richard Nattel noted that the applicant for the variance <br />had some personal problems and requested that the <br />hearing be continued <br />Motion by T,~erdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to receive <br />letter dated January 13,1976 from Ne~,a Brighton Furniture <br />Inc . <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />Motion by *~'erdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to continue <br />hearing to Jan. 27 at 8:05 p.m. <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Hardt to direct <br />administration to prepare a resolution defining Council <br />policy regarding sign mod ificationsa <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />VN-152 <br />8:31 to <br />8:50 <br />Continue VN-152 <br />Jan 27 - 8:05 <br />
