The buildings <br />on the property are set back 130 feet from Old Higfiway $ which <br />means the entire area in front of the'offce building is the <br />front yard. The applicants. have indicated that if they had to <br />maintain the 180-foot et'back for.. trailer. parking, these would <br />be a hardship because they would be unable. to use approximately <br />1.05 acres of their property.
