Parcel. shape _
The existing lot shape is somewhat unique when compared to
other parcels on Long Lake._ It is a lon lot a
615 feet, and narrows to 68 feet at the street comparedatoxy
approximately 206 feet at the lake. ~;.
d. Parcel site
The existing lot is 98,800 square feet. ?f~is is much greater
than: the zoning ordinance requires. and is si~;nificantl.y larger
than other parcels of land on the lake..
