Planners report dated February 22, 1977 <br />2. Borad of Review minutes - December 21, 1976 <br />3. Council Minutes - February 22, 1977 <br />4. Application <br />5. Board of Review Minutes March 15, 1977 <br />Past Council Action. <br />At its February 22, 1977 meeting the New Brighton City Council <br />took the following action in regard to VN-169: <br />"Motion by Senden,`seconded by,Hardt, to refer the application <br />back to the Planning Commission with the new materials that <br />had been supplied and to request the applicant to'review the <br />possibilities and 'costs in moving the pump islands and to <br />direct the Planning Commission to consider this possibility." <br />5 ayes 0 nayes - carried <br />Discussion: <br />The applicants submitted the following new information: <br />1. Letters of consent from area residents, <br />2. Photographs showing where on the property the canopy <br />would be located <br />The applicant has indicated that this information will be <br />yailable at Tuesday's meeting. Information-regarding the cost of <br />moving the pump islands will also be available for Tuesday's <br />meeting <br />There appear to be four(4) options regarding moving the <br />pump islands:
