Section 1~-22.0 states that the <br />crucial points of a sign variance are: <br />1. Practical difficulties; <br />?> Unnecessary hardship, or; <br />,~. Ifresults inconsistent tiā¢Tith the general purpose of <br />this chapter would otherti~~ise occur <br />Before a variance can be granted, special circumstances invo]ving <br />size, shape, topography,. location or surroundings must attach <br />to the property referred to in the application which do not <br />apply generally to other properties in the same district. <br />Any variance granted shall be subject to such conditions as <br />-will assure that the adjustment thereby authorized shall <br />not constitute a grant. of special privilege inconsistent <br />with the limitations upon other ,properties in the vicinity <br />and zone in which such prope~~ty is situated. <br />APPLICANT' c STATEMENT Off' RF?~SON FOR V?RIFNCE: <br />This variance is requested because <br />10 .
