COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW 'BRIGHTON ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XIV OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE RELATING TO SIGNING OF MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY BUILDINGS The New Brighton Council does hereby ordain: Section I. .The 1966 Code of Ordinances of the Gity of New Brighton, Appendix. I, Chapter XIV, Section 14-200 (c) is hereby amended to read as follows: C. Buildin s having Multiple Occupancy. When.a:.:.building contains two or more activities carried on by different occupants each occupant.. may: 1. Display one individual wall sign containing a maximum of eleven items of information; however, the combined area of all wall .signs shall not exceed-the alio~able percentage of the total selected signable area of the building as regulated in Section. l4-040. .Signs must,- !, conform with Section 14-130 except that there may be -.more than one selected signable area. In addition, such building may be identified by a .single ground sign-only, displaying the name and/or address of .the building only.. Suchground sign shall conform to the size, height, and setback 'requirements of Section 14-040 and 14-120, or: 2. Display on a single ground sign only .the name. and/or address of the building"and the name of each separate activity within the building. Such ground sign shall conform to the size, height,. and setback require- ments of Section 14-040"and 14-120. In addition such building may .have an integrated wall directory to identify separate activities. Such directory shall be limited to one square foot per activity and such directory must be placed within a signable area and may not exceed the useable percentage of selected signable area. as .regulated in Section 14-040..
