Such a sign, along with the large <br />window sign may, however,be excessive ,and an unfair advantage <br />to the applicant in advertising his business. Additional <br />window signs, both temporary and permanent, may also be <br />excessive. <br />In conclusion, there appear to be some <br />and unnecessary hardships relative to <br />the substitution oP the "window mural" <br />not appear to be inconsistent with the <br />code provided that the applicant is no <br />signing that would permit him more tha <br />allowed . <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br />practical difficulties <br />this request.
