See revised preliminary plat. <br />Previous Board of Review Action: <br />At its meeting of February 21, 1978, the Board of Review <br />took action to continue discussion of VN-182 and PL-114 <br />for one month and asked the applicant to consider a plat <br />for the property that included 7 lots versus the 8 lots <br />proposed. <br />The applicant has submitted a revised plat with the following <br />changes: <br />1. The proposed cul-de-sac has been shortened by 23 feet <br />to provide additional rear yard space for lots 4 and 5. <br />2. The street right-of-way width has been reduced from <br />60 feet to 50 feet. <br />3. Shortening the cul-de-sac and reducing the width of <br />the street right-of-way has increased lot area. <br />
