That platting of ? lots versus the 8 lots proposed <br />would be more consistent with City standards, would <br />create a better living environment and would reduce <br />or eliminate the number of variances requested. <br />BE YT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application for VN-182 <br />is hereby recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the plat contain no more than seven (7) lots. <br />2. That all new homes constructed have a minimum front <br />yard setback of 30 feet. <br />3.
