That granting of the variance will not result in <br />material damage or prejudice to other property in <br />the vicinity nor be detrimental to the public safety <br />or welfare as the proposed sign is no greater in <br />size or different in location than other signs in <br />normal situations, and further that the impact is <br />lessened as the church property is at the edge of <br />a residential neighborhood adjacent to I-694. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application for VN-183 <br />is and hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the ground sign be located south of the southern <br />driveway so as to meet the required 10 foot setback. <br />2.
