RESOLUTION NO. <br />- New .Brighton Planning :Commission <br />Board of Review <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION VN-185 <br />WHEREAS, an application for variance VN-185 has been made <br />by Gary,"and Ellen Huelsnitz to permit the construction of an <br />.accessory building exceeding 200 square feet in area on property <br />located at 2250 Mounds Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, ..the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows. <br />1. That an application fora variance VN-185 was filed <br />with the City on May 10, 1978. <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and :reviewed. the <br />.application at its meeting of May 22, 1978. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />-and all person's statements made at the Board of Review. <br />meeting were considered.. <br />NOW .THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board-of Review that <br />the following findings of "fact are made in respect to VN-185: <br />1. That the zoning code permits one accessory building <br />not exceeding two. hundred (200) square feet in area... <br />2. That the applicants, have partially constructed an <br />accessory- building•-that is three hundred sixty (360) <br />square .feet in area. <br />3. That the four (4) immediately effected property owners <br />have signed a petition stating they have no objection <br />to the request. <br />4. That the adjacent residents signatures, .the existing. <br />- landscaping and appearance of the par Tally constructed <br />building..mitigate the impact of -the variance but do not <br />provide justification -for granting the variance. <br />
