RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NE4J BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DENYING VARIANCE <br />APPLICATION VN-185. <br />ii <br />'` WHEREAS., an ,application for variance VN-:185: has been made' <br />-' i <br />~; by Gary and Ellen Huelsnitz to permit the construction of an <br />!~ accessory building exceeding 200 square feet-in area on property <br />~: <br />~? located at 2250 Mounds. Avenue., and <br />~' WHEREAS., the procedural history of the application is as <br />~~ follows: <br />1. That an application for a variance VN-185 was filed <br />~i _ <br />~ with the City on May 10, 1978. <br />_!' 2: That .the Board of Review. heard and reviewed the <br />(~ application at its meeting of May 22, .1978. <br />!; <br />(I <br />~~ 3. That the.. City .Council, pursuant to published and <br />~1 mailed notice, held a public .hearing on June 13, 1978, <br />to consider. the application. All person's present at <br />the public hearing .were .given an opportunity to be <br />heard <br />~1 <br />,; <br />~ 4. That the written comments and. analysis of the City <br />'r Planner, the Planning Commission minutes and recommend- <br />~~ ation,.and--all person's statements made at the public <br />f, hearing were considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City. <br />of New. Brighton that the following findings of fact are made <br />. 1' in respect o VN-185: _ <br />~I That the zonin code ermits one accessor building <br />1. 9 P Y <br />Li not exceeding two hundred {200); square feet in-area <br />i <br />'~~ 2. That .the applicants have partially constructed-an <br />~~ accessory building-.that is three hundred sixty .(360) <br />;~ <br />~' square feet in area. <br />3. That the ,four (4) immediately effected property owners <br />have signed a petition stating they have no objection <br />to the request:.'. <br />
