<br />III <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />August 11, 1987 <br /> <br />Benke thanked Egan for the reduction in the cost of the audit. <br /> <br />In response to Benke's question, Egan stated the sum of the <br />Special Services ($8,037.00) would be paid out of the appropriate <br />funds that caused the expenses (Tax Increment projects). <br /> <br />Motion by Williams, seconded by Blomquist, to WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR THE 1986 AUDIT SER- <br />VICES. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />With regard to the staff report concerning special assessments, <br />Proper advised the complete assessment report will be distributed <br />to councilmembers in approximately one week. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Blomquist, to WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS, AND SETTING A DATE FOR THE <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT HEARINGS ON 1986 PROJECTS. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />Sinda related that Dan Knuth has been asked to serve on an advis- <br />ory committee with the U. S.
