OF THE NORTH <br />117.9 FEET OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 7, SECOND ADDITION TO NEW <br />BRIGHTON. <br />3 ayes - 0 naves - carried <br />Concept Discussion-Dick Ernst <br />Mr. Dick Ernst reviewed with the Board .of Review his proposed <br />plans for development of property west of the Rice Creek Center. <br />Mr. Ernst stated that he would like to submit a PRD application <br />with duplexes and a townhouse development. <br />The Board of Review indicated that they. thought it would be <br />desirable if the whole development plans were presented at <br />one t ime <br />
