R.C.E. Corporation to postpone the installation of concrete <br />curbing adjacent to parking areas, and <br />WHEREAS, `tlie procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. That an application for a variance VN-188 was filed <br />with. the City on July 12, 1978. <br />application at its meeting on July..~8~1978. <br />31 <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City .Planner <br />and all persons' statements made at the Board of` <br />Review meeting were considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT .RESOLVED by .the Board of Review that the <br />following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-188: <br />1. The property is currently zoned B-3, General Business... <br />2. That Section 12-045 of the Zoning Code states that ali <br />parking-areas which. service commercial developments <br />shall have concrete curbs. <br />3. That the installation of concrete curbing has been <br />consistently applied and completed in oth er develop= <br />ments throughout the City. <br />4.- That the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy granted <br />to .the Rice Creek Center provided ample time to <br />complete the curbing. <br />5. That warrants for a variance applying to-the property <br />have not been presented. <br />2 That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />
