RESOLUTION NO.
New Brighton Planning Commission
Board of Review
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING DENITAL OF
VN-190
WHEREAS, an application for a variance VN-190 has been made by
Mr. Gene Holen to permit the subdivision of property creating two
lots that are less than 75 ft, in width and less than 10,000 sq.
ft. in area, and
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for a variance VN-190 was filed with
the City on July 12, 1978.
2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the appli-
cation at its meeting of July 1978.
3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner
and all persons' statements made at the Board of Review
meeting were considered.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that the
following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-190:
1. The property is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential, a
zoning district that requires a minimum lot width of 75
ft. and a minimum area of 10, 000 sq. ft.
2. The variance requested seeks both reduced lot width and
lot area.
3. That the application presents no unique circumstances or
undue hardship applying to the property.
4. That standard or larger lots are common throughout the
general neighborhood.
