If results inconsistent ~~rith the general purpose of <br />this chapter would othercuise occur <br />Before a variance can be granted, special circumstances involving <br />size, shape, topography, location or surroundings must attach <br />to the property referrer= to in the application which c?o not <br />apply generally to other properties in the same district. <br />Any variance granted shall be su?~ject to such conditions as <br />will assure that the adjustment thereby authorized shall <br />not constitute a grant of special privilege inconsistent <br />with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity <br />and zone in which such property is situated. <br />APPLICANT'S STATEMENT OF REASON FOR V?RIANCE: <br />This variance is requested because <br />13 .
