<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />NEW .BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL. <br />OF VARIANCE APPLICATION VN-191. <br />WHEREAS, an application fora-variance VN-191 has-been made <br />by Clinton Carlson to permit subdivision of property creating. <br />2 lots having-less than- the required lot. width., and <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history. of the .application is as <br />follows: <br />1, That an application for a variance VN-191 was <br />filed with the City on August. 8, 1978. <br />2, That the Board of Review heard and .reviewed the - <br />application at its meeting on August 15, 1978.- <br />3.. The written comments and analysis of the, City <br />Planner and all person's statements made at the <br />Board of Review meeting were considered, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-191: <br />1. That the property size and location create circumstances. <br />-and hardships in making-the most efficient use of land. <br />2. That other than the deviation from the width requirement <br />the subdivision would meet all code requirements.- <br />3. That the lot size of the 2 proposed parcels-would be <br />compatible with the neighborhood, <br />BE LT FURTHER RESOLVED, thet the Board of Review hereby <br />recommends that VN-191 be approved subject to the following <br />condition: <br />1.
