Spring Creek Drive will be moved back ap- <br />proximately 7.1 feet to clear the new lot line by the required <br />5 foot set back. <br />We believe the foregoing development plan will result <br />in the most desireable arrangement for both the owner and the <br />City of New Brighton. Ultimately the westerly 2 of the pre- <br />sent site will become more valuable than the existing 26 year <br />old house justifies.
