k /V - 114' -z- <br />CITY OF NEV BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A Request for a variance to permit <br />the subdivision of property creating 2 lots having less than <br />the required width and also creating a side yard setback of <br />less than 5 feet. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton City Council will <br />meet on Thursday, Sept. 14, 78 , at 7:50 O'clock p.m. <br />at the New Brighton City Hall,.New Brighton, Minnesota to <br />consider: A request for a variance to permit the subdivision of <br />property creating 2 lots having less than the required.width <br />and also creating a side yard setback of less than 5 feet. <br />Property Description: The west 180 feet of the NW 4 of the <br />NW 4 of Section 18, Township 30 North,'Range 23 West, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota - lying southerly of the Minn. Transfer <br />Railway Co. right-of-way.
