eW <br />prighton <br />PURPOSE <br />Report #78-246 <br />September 21, 1978 <br />REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br />APPLICATION FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />BYRAM ERWIN <br />To consider subdivision of a parcel into just two lots <br />without platting. <br />BACKGROUND <br />APPLICANT: Bryam Erwin <br />LOCATION, Generally south of Spring Creek Drive and <br />east of Fridley - New Brighton border. <br />PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: On September 14th the Council <br />adopted a resolution approving a variance <br />to create 2 lots each slightly less than <br />75 feet in width. <br />The applicants have now submitted the surveys to actually <br />subdivide the property. Subdividing the one existing parcel <br />into just the two lots is suited for consideration as a minor <br />subdivision. The surveys now submitted conform to and confirm <br />the lot widths and setbacks discussed at the time the variance <br />was being considered. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the minor subdivision be approved by <br />waiving the reading and adopting the attached resolution. <br />Afames F.
