<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON a request for a
<br />variance to permit construction of a building addition
<br />having less than the required 20 foot rear yard setback.
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton
<br />City Council will meet an Tuesday, Sept. 26, 1978, at 7:35
<br />o'clock p.m. at the New Brighton City Hall, New
<br />Brighton, Minnesota to consider: a request for a
<br />variance to permit cdnstruction of a building addition
<br />having less than the required 20 foot rear yard setback.
<br />Property Description: Unplatted Lands, the West 410
<br />ft. of N'/z of NW4, of NE'/a (Subj. to Rds), except the N
<br />445.75 ft. thereof, in Sec. 32, T. 30, R. 23.
<br />Property Locations: 750.151 Street SW
<br />A hearing on a request for anon-conforming use
<br />permit, pursuant to Section 3-60 of the Zoning Code to
<br />permit the expansion of a building located on property
<br />having existing Type IV non-conform?ies, will also be
<br />held at this time.
<br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to
<br />the above matter will be heard at this meeting.

<br />(3) Said newspaper has 50 percent of its news columns devoted to news of local Interest to the com-
<br />munity which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and IS not made
<br />up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said newspaper fs circulated In and near
<br />the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least S00 copies regularly delivered to paying
<br />subscribers, has an average of at least 75 percent o} its total circulation currently Daid or no more than
<br />three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post-office. (S) said newspaper
<br />purports to serve the Village of New Brighton In the County of Ramsey end it has its known office
<br />of issue In the Village of New Brighton in setd county, established and open during its regular
<br />business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of sUDSCriptidns and mam•
<br />rained by the publisher of said newspaper or persons in his employ and subject to his direction and
<br />control during all such regular business hours at which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said news-
<br />paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has
<br />complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least fw0 years preceding the day or dates of publi-
<br />cation mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior
<br />to January 1, 1966, and each January t thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary
<br />of State and signed by the publisher and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper Is
