SUMMARY OF PERMITTED USES* - NEW $RIGHTON ZONING DISTRICTS <br />Residential Districts <br />R-1 Permitted Uses: Single family dwellings, public ,parks, city office <br />buildings, and fire stations. <br />R-2 <br />Permitted Accessory Uses: Garages and storage buildings, conservatories, <br />2 boarders/roomers, servants quarters, signs, temporary construction <br />buildings, off street parking and loading, model home and office, <br />tennis courts located in rear yard. <br />Permitted Uses by Special Permit: Schools, churches, etc, not closer <br />than.30' to an R-1 or R-2 line, service structures, public or private, <br />serving surrounding families. Extraction of sand, dirt, etc., golf <br />courses, recreational activities on .golf courses. Tennis courts in <br />yard other thanrear yard. <br />Permitted Uses; Uses/structures permitted in R-l; two-family dwellings.. <br />Permitted Accessory Uses: accessory uses./structures permitted in R-1. <br />Permitted Uses by Special Permit: Uses by special permit in R-l. <br />Townhouses, <br />R~-3A Permitted Uses: Uses./structures permitted in R-2.
