If results inconsistent with the general purposA of <br />this chapter would otherwise occur <br />Before a variance can be granted, special circumstances involving <br />size, shape, topography, location or surroundings must attach <br />to the property referree to in the application which do not <br />apply generally to other properties in the same district. <br />Any variance granted shall be subject to such conditions as <br />will assure that the adjustment thereby authorized shall <br />not constitute a grant, of special privilege inconsistent <br />with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity <br />and zone in which such property is situated. <br />APPLICANT'S GTATEMENT OF REASON FOR V?RIANCE: <br />This variance is requested because <br />13.
