AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 11440 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE TO PERMIT AN 8 FOOT HIGH FENCE IN THE FRONT YARD OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN AN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton City Council will meet on March 27,1979, at7:40 o'clock p.m: at the New Brighton City Hall, New Brighton, Minnesota to consider:* A request for a variance to construct an 8 foot high chain fence in the front yard of industrial property whereas the New Brighton Zoning Code indicates a maximum heightof 31/2 feet in an industrial district. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: That part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 30 North, Range 23 West lying Westerly of the Westerly ,right-of-way Iineof Interstate Highway No. 35W, except that part lying Southerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of said Section 21' a distance of 825 feet Northerly of the Southwest corner of said Northwest 1/4; thence Easterly parallel to the Northerly Iineof said Section, to the Easterly line of said Northwest 114 and there terminating, and except the Northerly 990 feet of said Northwest 114 and except the Westerly 453.6 feet of the Northerly 18S feet of the South 10 acres of the Northwest 14 of the Northwest 114 of said Section 21, subject to Cleveland Avenue and State Trunk Highway No. 8.63. ` PROPERTY LOCATION: . 1565 First Avenue NW Such persons, as desire to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at this meeting.
