We <br />are in the process of designing an approximate 4,000 square foot <br />building on that site as the-new home of Hobar Publications.. Hobar <br />Publications. is now located across the street from the new site at <br />570 -8th Avenue NW, where we have operated our business for about <br />three years. We have grown in our business of producing and distributing <br />teaching materials and supplies to the schools in the upper Midwest. <br />We understand that the subject property is now zoned for heavy industrial <br />use.
