AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CITY OF NEWS RIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 11.040 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE TO PERMIT LESS THAN THE REQUIRED SIDEYARD SETBACK, LESS THAN THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPED BUFFER ZONE, LESS THAN THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES IN THE CON- STRUCTION OF AN OFFICE BUILDING. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton. City Council will meet on April 10, 1979, at 7:45 o'clock p.m. at the New Brighton City Hall, New Brighton, Minnesota to consider: A request for a variance to construct an office building in a B-1, Limited Business District adjacent to residential districts with less than the required side yard setback, less than the required landscaped buffer zone and less than the required number of parking spaces. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Except the North 932 feet; the'East I/2 of the East I/2 of the West I/2 of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, subject to roads and easements. PROPERTY LOCATION: - Generally west of 29th Avenue and Minar Ford and North of the 1.694 frontage road. (6) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society.
