RESOLUTION NO <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />RESOLUTION h1AKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION VN-207 <br />WHEREAS, An application for a Variance, VN-207 has been <br />made by Donald P. McGinn, 2303 14 A Street, to allow the <br />construction of a duplex with less than the required front <br />yard, side street yard and side: yard.setba~ck.~. <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. That the application for a variance, VN-207 was.,filed <br />with the City on July 11, 1979. <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on July 17,.:1979. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of Review <br />meeting were considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE LT RESOLVED. by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-207. <br />1. That the lot is zoned R-2, Two-Family Residential and <br />the lot has the necessary area and width. <br />2. That the applicant has presented no warrants for the <br />variance in terms of undue hardships or unique <br />circumstances and how they apply to the property. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Review hereby <br />recommends that UN-207 be denied. <br />Adopted this. day of <br />-1979. <br />Steve Schmidt, Chairman <br />Joan M.
