RESOLUTION N0 <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF VARIANCE APPLICATION, VN-210 <br />WHEREAS, An application forea Variance, VN-210 has been <br />made by Charles. Bergman, 299 Oakwood Drive to allow a fence <br />10 feet in height in the front and side yards of a residential. <br />site. <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. That an application fora Variance, VN-210 was fil-ed <br />with the City on July 13, 1979. <br />2. That the Board. of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on August 22, 1979. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact a re made in respect to VN-210. <br />a <br />,. <br />1. That the applicant has not obstructed vision by using. <br />screening material in the fence; <br />2. That the applicant has maintained the boulevard; <br />3. That-the fence has not adversly affected traffic flow <br />in that area; <br />4. That~t~he fence provides maximum-usage of the existing <br />concrete pad.;. <br />S. That the fence provides safety to those person's <br />~< using the concrete pad; <br />6. That the fence does not have a substantial negative <br />impact on adjacent properties. <br />;~ <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for VN-210 <br />is hereby recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That no screening material be placed~in the chain <br />~ link fence to obstruct vision; and <br />2.
