RESOLUTION NO <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION. <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDLNGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF VARIANCE APPLICATION, VN-211. <br />WHEREAS, An application for a Variance, VN-211 has been <br />made by Irv Moen to create a lot with less than the required <br />width. <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. That an application for a Variance, UN-211 was filed <br />with the City on August 20, 1979. <br />2. That the .Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on August 22, 1979.. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-211: <br />1. That the property is zoned R-1, Single Family <br />Residential; <br />2. That the required lot width in an R-7 district is <br />75 feet;. <br />3. That the variance request is for 2 lots 74.49 feet <br />in-width and this is a minor deviation from the <br />code; <br />4. That the subdivision makes the most efficient use <br />of the property; <br />5. That both proposed lots have an area which exceeds <br />the required 10,000 square feet. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Variance Application VN-211 <br />is hereby approved. <br />Adopted this day of <br />1979. <br />Steve Schmidt, Chairman <br />Joan M.
