<br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY ACCESS TO AN OVERHEAD DOOR <br />We, the undersigned having agreed to the conformance with site and <br />landscape plans approved by the City Council for building permit <br />entitled LP-78, agreed to the following conditions: <br />1. That the driveway installed off of 3rd Street <br />SW will be removed; <br />2. That a short drive approved by the City Planner <br />off of the parking area be extended to the <br />overhead door and no further to the south on <br />the west side of the building;. <br />3. That the above driveway will be removed <br />before the temporary certificate of occupancy <br />expires which is approximately a 9 month <br />period; and <br />4. That if construction of Phase II of the warehouse <br />building has not commenced and the driveway is to <br />remain,.the matter will be taken to the City <br />Council. for consideration. <br />PROPERTY OWNER <br />William R.
