<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR
<br />A VARIANCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 11.040 OF
<br />iTHE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE TO ALLOW
<br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL
<br />BUILDING WITH LESS THAN THE REQUIRED SIDE

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton .
<br />City Council will meet on September 27, 1980, at 7;40
<br />o'clock p. m, ai the New Brighton City Hail, New
<br />Brighton, Minnesota to consider:
<br />A request to construct an industrial building with less
<br />than the required side yard setback which requires
<br />approval of a variance pursuant to Section 11-040 of the
<br />New Brighton Zoning Code.
<br />PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
<br />The north 75 feet of The west 453.6 feet of the south 10
<br />acres of the NW'/, of the N WVa of Section 21, Township
<br />30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota: Subject to
<br />State Trunk Highway No. 8 according to the plat thereof
<br />on file and of record in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds.
<br />PROPERTY LOCATION:
<br />1627 Old Highway No. 8, generally east of Old High-
<br />y+ay No. 8, west of I-35W and south of RMS site.
<br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to
<br />the above matter will be heard atihis meeting.

<br />(3) Said newspaper has SO percent of its news columns devoted to news of local Interest to the com-
<br />munity which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made
<br />up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Sald newspaper is circulated in and near
<br />me municipality which it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying
<br />subscribers, has an average of at least 75 percent of tts total circulation currently paid or no more than
<br />three months in arrears and has entry as second class matter in ifs local post-office. (5) Said newspaper
<br />purports to serve the Village of New Brighton in the County of -Ramsey and It has its known office
<br />of issue in the Village of New Brighton in said county, established and open during its regular
<br />business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscnpiions and mam-
<br />tainetl by the publisher of said newspaper or persons to his employ and subject to his direction end
<br />control during all such regular business hours at which said newspaper is printed. (d) Said news-
<br />paper fifes a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (T) Said newspaper has
<br />complied with all the foregoing conditions for et least two years preceding the day or dates of publi-
<br />cation mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State Of Minnesota prior
