<br />RESOLUTION NO <br />NEW BRIGH70N PLANNING COM~~IISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINGINDS OF FACT AND RECOF9MENDING APPROVAL <br />OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE, VN-2l4 <br />4JHEREAS, An application for a variance, VN-214 has been <br />made 6y J.A. Cadwallader to allow a greater, density with the <br />dedication of park property under PRD 30. <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />7. That an application for a variance, VN-214 was <br />filed with the City~on March-11, 1980.- <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on March 18, 1980. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person' statements.-made at-the Board of <br />~g~3ew mee~in e~~~asidered. <br />~l / L /// <br />N04J THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-214: <br />~~ <br />~~ <br />1. That the property is presently zoned R-1, Single <br />Family Res ' erg i a]_;..,~ <br />/' 2. The the ~`I` acres 1 <br />3. That based on the site .under PRD density the <br />maximum allowed- number of units would be _~u`~ii"QCs; <br />4. That the requested .density is '^ '^+ ^~ ~' <br />compatible with surrounding development; and <br />5.
