I am writing you this letter <br /> to remind you that you agreed to resurface the driveway off <br />z of Rice Creek Road and complete the storm sewer work prior to <br /> the issuance of any certificate of occupancy. <br />z <br />u; After the completion of the above 2 items, you may obtain a <br />D temporary certificate of occupancy by paying a $50.00 fee and <br />w posting a bond in the amount of money to cover the following <br />> items: <br />Q <br />n 1. Final grading and resurfacing of the parking area; <br />r, 2. Striping the parking lot according to revised site <br />c°o plan; <br />-- z 3. Designating the seven handicap parking spaces; and <br />0 4. Relocating landscaping according to amended site <br />= plan. <br />0 - <br />m It is my understanding that you are working with the City <br />c Engineer concerning the storm sewer and you should also contact <br />w Les or myself concerning your plans for t-he driveway.
