Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors <br />1446 County Road J, Mpls., Minn. 55432, 784-9346 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />That Dart of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Southeast'l/4 of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 30, Range 23 which lies South of the North 932 feet <br />thereof front and rear, except that part taken for Trunk Hi-ghway purposes, subject to an <br />easement over the East 30 feet for roadway purposes and except that Dart for highway <br />purposes described as follows: <br />All that Dart of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Hest 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of <br />the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 30, Range 23, which lies South of the North <br />932 feet thereof, front and rear, and Northerly of the Northerly right of way line of <br />Trunk Highway No. 100, as the same is now located and established; which lies Southerly <br />of a line run parallel with and distant 185 feet Northerly of the following, described <br />line: Beginning at a point on the Slest line of said Section 19, distant 181.3 feet <br />.North,of the Southwest corner thereof;,thence run Southeasterly at an angle of 78 degrees <br />39 minutes 45 seconds with said ?hest section line for 167.12 feet; thence deflect to the <br />left on a 00 degrees 40 minute curve (delta angle 11 degrees 54 minutes 15 seconds) for <br />1785.63 feet, and there terminating: together with all that part of the above described <br />tract, which lies Northerly of the above described strip and Southerly of the following <br />described line: From a point on the above described line, distant 433.85 feet Westerly <br />of its point of termination, run Northerly at right angles to said line for 185 feet <br />to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence run Northeasterly to a <br />point on the East line of the above described tract, distant 65 feet North of.the <br />Southeast corner of said tract, and there terminating. <br />The Zoning office reports that the setback on the east and south is. 30 feet and 5 feet <br />on the north and west.
