The City Engineer, Les Proper has signed <br />the quit claim deed that properly describes the North Innsbruck <br />Associates' property after the thirty feet is combined with <br />their present holdings. <br />As I have indicated previously, the City of New Brighton will <br />not stamp nor approve the warranty deed describing the south 30 <br />feet of the north 932 feet in this proposed area. The City of <br />New Brighton will not approve a free standing 30 foot wide <br />commercial strip of property that is transferable. The pre- <br />paration of the warranty deed that you have presented will not <br />be approved by the City. <br />In addition you have included a third quit claim deed that <br />described the North Innsbruck properties and the inclusion of the <br />south 30 feet of the north 932 feet. However, the first paragraph <br />of the description, the second to the last line reads, subject to <br />an easement 20 feet thereof. This description is in error <br />because the easement is across the east 30 feet thereof. <br />Therefore, the City Engineer has stamped and signed only one of the <br />documents you submitted to this office.
