REASON FOR VARIANCE
This variance is being requested for the following reasons:
1. The existing-store and property has been developed and
. operates as an integral part of Brighton Village
Shopping Center.
2. Actual parking demand for the existing off-sale liquor
store is low and of the short term variety as evidenced
by the attached customer and vehicle counts taken over
the last several days;
3. Parking demand for the off-sale and on-sale. aspects of
the store vary so that similar peak periods are of short
duration...-
4. Hours of operation of this store, shopping center and
bank differs so that a good sharing of spaces situation
exists .
5. Observation of the shopping center over the last several
years indicates that parking is adequate and only in
premium .demand at a few certain times of year such as
during Christmas.
b. We have a joint. parking agreement with, Kraus-Anderson
owners of the Brighton Village Shopping Center for
use.of the-lot for overflow parking.

a
