The plans <br />contain all required and necessary information. <br />APPLICANT'S PROPOSAL <br />The proposed addition is for a 90 seat capacity wine bar.- (Attached to <br />this report is information about the wine bar provided by the applicant.) <br />Attached to this report is a statement prepared by Jim Winkels, Director <br />of Community Development, outlining reasons and apparent warrants for <br />the variance request.
