RESOLUTION NO STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally located south of-7th Street S4J, north of County Road "D" and west of McCallum Drive) WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City. of New Brighton described as follows: PARCEL 1 That part of the South 325 feet of the southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota,. lying East of the West 607.5 feet thereof and lying West of the East 1874.7 feet thereof and The East. 76 feet of the West 607.5 feet of the South 190 feet of said Southwest quarter of Section 32. Subject to a road easement over the South 33 feet thereof. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for sub- division of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and WHEREAS the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows subject to the dedication of an additional 7 feet from "Parcels. A, B, C" for right-of-way: PARCFI "A" That part of the South 190 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 2027.70 feet thereof and lying East of the West 531.50 feet thereof. Subject to a road easement over the South 33 feet thereof. PARCEL "B" C The West 72 feet of the East 2021.70 feet of the South 190 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to a road easement over the South 33 feet thereof. PARrFi "r." The West 75 feet of the East 7949.70 feet of the South 790 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to a road easement over the South 33 feet thereof. PARCEL "D" That part of the North 135 feet of the South 325 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, tinnesota, lying West of the East 1949.70 feet thereof and lying East of the West 607.50 feet thereof. PARCEL "E" The North 735 feet of the South 325 feet of the 6dest 75 feet of the East 1949.70 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, t~~innesota.
