<br />RESOLUTION NO <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON (generally located south of-7th Street S4J, north of County Road "D" <br />and west of McCallum Drive) <br />WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain <br />property in the City. of New Brighton described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1 <br />That part of the South 325 feet of the southwest quarter of Section 32, <br />Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota,. lying East of the <br />West 607.5 feet thereof and lying West of the East 1874.7 feet thereof <br />and <br />The East. 76 feet of the West 607.5 feet of the South 190 feet of said <br />Southwest quarter of Section 32. Subject to a road easement over the <br />South 33 feet thereof. <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in <br />municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that <br />municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and <br />WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for sub- <br />division of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br />WHEREAS the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton <br />that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into <br />parcels described as follows subject to the dedication of an additional 7 <br />feet from "Parcels. A, B, C" for right-of-way: <br />PARCFI "A" <br />That part of the South 190 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, <br />Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying West of the East <br />2027.70 feet thereof and lying East of the West 531.50 feet thereof. <br />Subject to a road easement over the South 33 feet thereof. <br />PARCEL "B" <br />C <br />The West 72 feet of the East 2021.70 feet of the South 190 feet of the <br />Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. Subject to a road easement over the South 33 feet thereof. <br />PARrFi "r." <br />The West 75 feet of the East 7949.70 feet of the South 790 feet of the <br />Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. Subject to a road easement over the South 33 feet thereof. <br />PARCEL "D" <br />That part of the North 135 feet of the South 325 feet of the Southwest <br />quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, tinnesota, <br />lying West of the East 1949.70 feet thereof and lying East of the West <br />607.50 feet thereof. <br />PARCEL "E" <br />The North 735 feet of the South 325 feet of the 6dest 75 feet of the <br />East 1949.70 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 30, <br />Range 23, Ramsey County, t~~innesota. <br />Adopted this day of 1981. <br />ATTEST: <br />Vernon C.
