Existing Type IV Non-conformities. <br />8. No non-conforming use permit shall be granted unless one or more of the following <br />conditions are met: <br />1. The total number of non-conformities is reduced; <br />2. The impact of any non-conformities upon adjacent premises is reduced to the <br />greatest practical extent; <br />3.
