AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON a request for a variance to construct an addition to a building resulting in less than the required number of parking spaces pursuant to Section 8.210 of the New Brighton Zoning Code. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton Planning Commission will meet on April 20th, 1982, at 7:45 o'clock p.m. at the New Brighton City Hall, New Brighton, Minnesota to consider: A request for a building permit to construct a second story to an office building which would result in the site having less than the required number of parking spaces. A variance for less than the required number of spaces will be considered pursuant to Section 8-210 of the New Brighton Zoning Code. Property Description: The West 84 feet of the East 419 feet of the North 242 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, Subject to Mississippi Street; together with 33 foot easement :adjoining on West.
