The 30 foot set-back would drastically <br />interfere with our parking facilities and reduce the number of parking <br />spaces. <br />By placing the garages as proprosed, Mateffy Engineering would not <br />loose parking spaces. <br />There is a 20 foot sewer easement adjacent to our south boundary. <br />With this in mind, the garage would be already 30 feet from the City <br />garage property on our south side. <br />There is no affect on adjacent property if the garage is placed as <br />proposed. <br />If the garage placement is not approved primary parking flow would be <br />practically prohibited. <br />Sincerely, <br />MATEFFY ENGINEERING & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />i'??z d <br />.
