Krueger: ~ `J <br />As you know, I represent Clayton Buzzell and Remington Builders, Inc., with <br />regard,to,the.property,_lo.cated at 1374 -26th Avenue.Northwest_in the City. <br />of New Brighton._._Enclosed_you will find a completed variance application ,~ <br />.and our draft in the amount of $50.00. <br />As you will recall, this matter has already been through the .Planning <br />:Commission and the City Council on a previous variance application which <br />was granted. That variance allowed Remington to build within .twenty .feet <br />` of the edge of the boulevard easement (or about thirty-five feet. back from <br />the curb). Unfortunately, the print that was, resented to the Planning <br />Commi~sion_and the Council did not show th s which is necessary to sup- <br />port the overhanging roof.
