NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />` CITY OF.NEW-BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE PURSUANT OF SECTION <br />b-060 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL <br />BUILDING WITH LESS THAN THE REQUIRED FRONT AND REAR YARD SETBACK. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton Planning Commission will meet on <br />Auguste}?~ st 1984, at 7:55 O'clock P.M, at the New <br />Brighton City Ha11, New Brighton., Minnesota to consider: <br />A request for a variance to allow construction of an industrial building <br />with less than the required front yard setback and less than required <br />.rear yard setback. <br />LOCATION: Generally the southeast corner of County Road "E2" <br />and 5th Avenue NW. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 1, except the North 2 thereof ,. 2, 3, 4, 5, 26, <br />27, 28.29 and~30, Block 9, First Addition to New <br />Brighton,. together with vacated alley adjoining said <br />lots and all of vacated Fourth Avenue Northwest <br />adjoining said lots, and the North 230 feet of the <br />Westerly-300 feet of that part of the Northeast 4 of <br />the Southeast 4 of Section 29, Township 30 North, <br />Range 23 West, lying Easterly of the First Addition <br />to New Brighton together with vacated Fourth Avenue <br />Northwest and Fourth Street Northwest lying within and <br />adjacent thereto. <br />ZONING: I-l, Light Industrial <br />REQUIRED SETBACKS: 60 foot setback across the street from a R-l zoning <br />and 20 foot rear yard setback. <br />REQUESTED SETBACKS: 40 foot setback across the street from a R-1 zoning <br />and 15 foot rear yard setback. <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br />be heard at this meeting. <br />Margaret Egan City Clerk <br />Bulletin 8/8/84 Brenda A.
