Drayna <br />LOCATION: 403 8th Avenue NW <br />ZONING: I-1, Light Industrial <br />REQUIRED FENCE HEIGHT IN FRONT YARD:. 3Z Feet <br />REQUESTED FENCE HEIGHT IN FRONT YARD: 8 Feet <br />(7 Foot Chain Link Plus 1 Foot of Barbed Wire) <br />CODE REQUIREMENTS: Section ~+-~40, Fences <br />Section 6-400, Fences <br />Section 2-365, Illustrations, Yards <br />RECOMMENDATION. <br />The large setback of the building on the lot and the existing berm which <br />obscures much of the building from Old Highway 8 creates a unique situation <br />for the applicant. The eight foot front yard fence will. conform to all <br />other aspects of tfie ordinance except for height. It is my recommendation <br />that the applicant's request for a variance be approved. <br />MOTION <br />Motion to waive the reading and adopt RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT <br />AND APPROVING VN-240. <br />r <br />Brenda A.
