(VN-240 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton Planning Commission will meet <br />on November 20 1984, at 7:35- o'clock P.M. at the New <br />Brighton City Ha11, New Brighton, .Minnesota to consider: <br />A request for a variance to construct an eight foot fence in a front <br />yard. <br />LOCATION: 403-8th Avenue NW (Old Highway #8) <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That part of the North 225 feet of the South 785 feet <br />of the Northwest 4 of the Southeast 4 of Section 29, <br />Township 30, Range 23, lying West of the land coveyed <br />to the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie <br />Railway Company in "530" Deeds 135, except the North <br />100 feet of the South 660 feet of the West 140 feet <br />of said Northwest 4 of Southeast 4 of Section 29; <br />Township 30, Range 23. <br />Subject to easements of rec-ord. <br />ZONING: I-1, Light Industrial <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the above .matter will <br />be heard at this meeting. <br />Margaret A.
