.CARE SIGN PLAN <br />EXTERIOR SIGNS <br />1. Each occupant shall be identified by a sign only. Such. sign shall identify <br />only the name and/or business activity of each occupant and shall not <br />exceed (5) items of information. Such signs shall be placed on the <br />signable area - as defined by the sign .code - of the occupants space. <br />2. Each sign shall consist of helvetica type letters of the occupants name <br />and/or business activity. All letters .shall be on one line, the letters <br />shall .comply with the sign code and not exceed a maximum height of 15 <br />inches. <br />3. Sign letters shall not have any light source and shall be colored black. <br />4. Multiple or repetitive messages on signs shall not be allowed. <br />5. The use of predominately decorative sculpture, coat of arms, shields or <br />other such logo shall not be permitted. <br />6. Occupants with more than one street side may have a sign per street side. <br />7. Each occupant shall be allowed one 10 inch by 30 inch sign to be attached <br />to the rear service door for identification, directions, deliveries, etc. <br />GROUND SIGNS <br />1. The complex shall be identifed by a ground sign which shall be on a raised <br />mound - approximately 18 inches above grade. The mound shall be landscaped <br />with shrubs and rocks. The sign shall be 10 feet wide and 6.4 feet high <br />and identical on all three sides. The sign location- shall be as noted on <br />the attached sketch. The sign shall comply with the sign code and the <br />special use permit. <br />2. The sign shall be of wood construction and illuminated by coned flood <br />lights which shall be so installed as to not have a white light visable <br />from any roadway. <br />DIRECTIONAL, PARKING, IDENTIFICATION SIGNS, ETC. <br />This category of signs shall be used as necessary for identification and <br />direction only and shall comply with all applicable codes and standards. <br />
