HEAD'S APPROVAL: <br />MANAGER'S REVIEW/RECOMMENDATION: <br />No comments to supplement this report Comments below/attached <br />EXPLANATION/SUMMARY (attach supplemental sheets as necessary): <br />To consider the following requests: <br />1. Request for site plan approval to construct a new <br />office-warehouse building; <br />2. Request for a variance to construct a new building <br />with less than required side street yard setback; and <br />3. Request for a special use permit for a sign plan which <br />includes a three sided ground sign. (Continued) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Motion to approve LP-179 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Approval of VN-242 <br />2. Compliance with site and building plans as signed <br />and dated by the applicant and City Planner. <br />3. Approval of drainage and grading plans from Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and the City Engineer. <br />4. Approval of curb cuts from Ramsey County. <br />5. Approval of minor subdivision <br />6. That the condominium covenants and declarations be submitted <br />.for review by the City Attorney and that the sign plan, SP-122, <br />be incorporated into two covenants. <br />Motion to waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF <br />FACT AND APPROVING UN-242, subject to approval of LP-179. <br />Motion to waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF <br />FACT AND APPROVING SP-122, subject to conditions. <br />Motion to set a public hearing for June 11, 1985 to consider a subdivision <br />of certain property in New Brighton. <br />Brenda A.
